CANCELING AN ORDER
As long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting the support team. If you have already paid for your order and the product has not been shipped, your cancelled order will be refunded in full. In very unusual cases, a partial refund will be offered at the discretion of Wooden Elephants management.
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are dissatisfied with an item you have received or have not received your order, please contact us, quoting your order number and relevant information regarding the transaction.
Refunds are offered at the discretion of Wooden Elephants management. If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us, we will refund you for the items returned, but not for the shipping cost.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, otherwise we will notify you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
• Problems with your credit card such as the inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
• The identification of a pricing or product description error.
If we do not accept your order, we will inform you by email and refund your credit card if it has been charged.
